Today Charles Lazarevic and several of his former colleagues from Moore Stephens LLP, a top-10 global firm, moved with his team to new premises within Gray’s Inn, one of the four Inns of Court, to be close to many of the leading firms of solicitors, barristers’ chambers and many courts and tribunals. The new firm aims to provide a tailored, quality financial investigations and expert witness service, drawing on the team’s extensive experience and deep insight.
In 2013 Sir James Munby, an English judge and President of the Family Division of the High Court of England and Wales, wrote “…too many expert reports…, are simply too long, largely because they contain too much history and too much factual narrative… I want to send out a clear message: expert reports can in many cases be much shorter than hitherto, and they should be more focused on analysis and opinion than on history and narrative. In short, expert reports must be succinct, focused and analytical. But they must also of course be evidence based.” (Family Law 816).
By working in a small close-knit team of highly experienced professionals, we aim to provide reports that focus only on the relevant issues, that are delivered on time and on budget.
